  • Certain products are not eligible for return, including sale items, promotional items.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at support@doublemshop.com for a replacement or refund.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
